Hiepphatfood runs well only when its suppliers run well. That is why we set out our own commitments before listing what we ask of you.

What Hiepphatfood commits to

  • Regular orders based on menu planning, so you can plan production, staffing and stock.
  • On-time payment under the terms agreed in the contract.
  • Clear evaluation criteria and straight feedback, even when an offer is not a fit.
  • Shared food safety and specification requirements, so we can improve quality together.
  • Room to grow volumes as Hiepphatfood adds clients and central kitchen capacity.

What we expect from suppliers

  • Full legal registration and VAT invoicing.
  • Clear origin, with batch-level traceability.
  • Compliance with Vietnamese food safety requirements; VietGAP, HACCP, ISO 22000 or equivalent is preferred.
  • On-time, to-spec deliveries; fresh and frozen goods transported at the right temperature.
  • Competitive, stable pricing, with advance notice of any change.

Our Purchasing team reviews it and replies within 15 working days.

Samples and evaluation

You send samples; for fresh produce and meat, we may also audit your facility.

Trial and contract

After a successful trial delivery period, we sign a contract and add you to our approved supplier list.

A reply within 15 working days. Every offer submitted through this website is logged and answered by email or phone within 15 working days. Offers that are not a fit today are kept on file, and we will contact you when a need arises.

    What to prepare

    • Quotation with specifications, units and validity period
    • Business registration certificate
    • Food safety eligibility certificate, or the statutory commitment
    • Valid product test reports
    • VietGAP, HACCP, ISO 22000 or other certificates, if any
