Recruitment Announcement: QC Staff – Management Assistant

Job Description:

  • Monitor and control the quality of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Ensure meal quality meets food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist the General Manager in tracking and reporting operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations during operations.
  • Report and address issues related to food quality.

Requirements:

  • Preferably a degree in Food Technology or Quality Management.
  • At least 1 year of QC experience in the food or industrial catering industry.
  • Strong observation, evaluation, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene; detail-oriented and meticulous.
  • Basic computer skills, including the use of order management, payment, and inventory management software.
