Recruitment Announcement: QC Staff – Management Assistant
Job Description:
- Monitor and control the quality of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Ensure meal quality meets food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist the General Manager in tracking and reporting operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations during operations.
- Report and address issues related to food quality.
Requirements:
- Preferably a degree in Food Technology or Quality Management.
- At least 1 year of QC experience in the food or industrial catering industry.
- Strong observation, evaluation, and analytical skills.
- Knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene; detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Basic computer skills, including the use of order management, payment, and inventory management software.
