We are currently looking to hire for the following positions:

Positions Available:

  • 01 Canteen General Manager
  • 01 QC – Management Assistant
  • 03 Chefs (Cooking certification required)
  • 10 Service – Food Prep Staff

Detailed Information for Each Position:

1. Canteen General Manager
Job Description:

  • Manage, operate, and supervise all activities within the canteen to ensure efficient and high-quality operations.
  • Plan and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Responsible for creating menus, managing food costs, and maintaining meal quality.
  • Monitor meal quantities, ingredient costs, inventory orders, and storage to ensure quality supplies are always available.
  • Allocate and control budgets, finances, and operational expenses.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met according to company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Graduated from at least an Associate’s program, preferably in Hospitality/Food & Beverage Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of management experience in the restaurant or industrial catering field.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and operational procedures.
  • Basic English communication skills preferred.

2. QC – Management Assistant
Job Description:

  • Control the quality of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure raw materials and finished products meet required standards.
  • Monitor meal quality, ensuring dishes meet food safety and quality standards.
  • Support the Canteen General Manager in tracking and reporting operational efficiency.
  • Ensure sanitation and safety standards are followed during all activities.
  • Report and address issues related to food quality.

Requirements:

  • Preferably in Food Technology, Quality Management, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a QC in the food or industrial catering sector.
  • Good observation, assessment, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation, meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Basic computer skills, familiar with ordering, payment, and inventory management software.

3. Chef
Job Description:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the approved menu, ensuring taste and quality.
  • Ensure food preparation meets food safety standards.
  • Inspect and store ingredients; keep the kitchen area organized.
  • Assist in developing daily menus or special requests from clients.
  • Propose improvements and innovations in dishes.

Requirements:

  • Must have a cooking certificate and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a chef.
  • Knowledge of food preparation and storage processes.
  • Good health, agility, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Teamwork skills and flexibility in the workplace.

4. Service Staff
Job Description:

  • Serve food to customers, ensuring quick and accurate service.
  • Keep the service area organized, clean, and sanitary.
  • Assist customers during meals and answer questions as needed.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and the service area after meal times.
  • Report needs for equipment or ingredient replenishment promptly.

Requirements:

  • No specific qualifications required; experience in the service industry preferred.
  • Good health, honesty, and agility.
  • Good communication, friendly, and customer service-minded.
  • Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.
