1. Canteen Manager

Job Description:

  • Manage, operate, and supervise all activities of the canteen, ensuring operational efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality.
  • Responsible for menu planning, cost management, and maintaining meal quality.
  • Monitor meal counts, ingredient costs, procurement, and inventory to ensure sufficient quality supplies.
  • Allocate and control budgets, finances, and operational expenses.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance with relevant standards.

Requirements:

  • College degree or higher, preferably in Hospitality/Food Service Management.
  • At least 5 years of management experience in the restaurant or industrial catering sector.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Basic English communication skills are preferred.
