1. Canteen Manager
Job Description:
- Manage, operate, and supervise all activities of the canteen, ensuring operational efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality.
- Responsible for menu planning, cost management, and maintaining meal quality.
- Monitor meal counts, ingredient costs, procurement, and inventory to ensure sufficient quality supplies.
- Allocate and control budgets, finances, and operational expenses.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to meet customer demands.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance with relevant standards.
Requirements:
- College degree or higher, preferably in Hospitality/Food Service Management.
- At least 5 years of management experience in the restaurant or industrial catering sector.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
